Spent several hours at Babcock Webb looking for red-cockaded woodpecker. Thought I had found one as I was leaving, but it turned out to be an immature red-bellied woodpecker. But as I was leaving I did finally find the bluebirds, brown-headed nuthatch and a Bachman's sparrow. Saw several sandhill cranes. Only saw four deer and no hogs.
